The formerly outdated weight room in the basement of Edwards was refurbished in December of 2006 as part of the campaign.  A new 6 inch concrete floor was poured, a drain system installed with a sump pump, the walls were painted, and some new equipment was purchased. The weight room has been dramatically improved. The addition of a new rubber floor during the summer of 2007, new equipment, and an air handling system will make the weight room one of the best in the conference.

Other planned renovations include extensive remodeling of the lobby, coaches offices, locker rooms, conference areas, and the second floor basketball court.
